What is it about organized challenges that seem to get people motivated more than usual?
Years ago I took part in a 3-month fitness tracking program done by Men’s Fitness. It was super easy to do…in part because it was so well organized.
This is likely similar to the many, many, many fitness programs and challenges put out on Instagram by fitness accounts. I guess that when someone else is mapping out our progression, we’re better able to do what we’re told?
Do challenges take away the guessing & replace it with certainty?
If I created a “Challenge” for you Quote-Bosses, what would it be about?
- Finding your purpose and take major steps towards it?
- Setting goals and reaching them?
- Do all the things you know you should be doing & doing it with more gusto than ever?
- All of the above?
I’d appreciate some ideas! But I’ll dig around & see what I can come up with.
